How long is my Contract?
Our Service is Month to Month. We require 30 days written notice (email OK) to cancel.

How do I get my data if I leave?
When we receive your final payment, we send you your information in either XLS or CSV form.

What do I do if my internet fails?
Use your Cell Phone as a Hot Spot. As soon as KustomerKeeper detects a signal, you will instantly reconnect to the internet.

May I keep my current Credit Card Processor?
We provide service to about 95% of the US Processors. You may use your own service. If you wish to switch processors, we will facilitate the transition.

Can I use my Android tablet?
Yes, you may use your Android Tablet and Android Smartphone.You may use an iPad, iPhone, a Windows computer or a Mac Computer.

What about PCI Compliance?
Kustomer Keeper neither touches or stores customer credit card data, therefore it is “out of scope.” However, all servers where KustomerKeeper resides, are PCI compliant.

Is Gift and Loyalty an extra cost?
Gift and Loyalty is included in your monthly subscription. We can import the data from your current Gift and Loyalty program. Reward purchases or visits or both. YOU decide how to reward your customers.  Some of our competitors charge from $29 to $140 per month for their services and may also require you to use only the cards THEY supply but YOU pay for.

Do you connect to QuickBooks?
Yes we do.  You pay $25.00 per month to use QuickBooks On Line. We don’t support the local Mac or Windows versions.
